Working globally – event sponsored by Swisscam

It was a pleasure to be at Swisscam yesterday to teach the "Working Globally" course! I delivered the course to a diverse group of men and women from senior management positions at multinational companies. These professionals' focus on topics such as versatility, intercultural bridges, and the development of third-way solutions is impressive: fast, dynamic, and trusting connections in a global world. I am delighted with the rapid absorption and application of this knowledge, which is increasingly valued in business management. Brazilians position themselves as professionals who best process and accept cultural differences. Using the GlobeSmart tool from my partner Aperian Global, each participant was able to identify their intercultural profile and reflect on the best strategies for adapting to different cultures.
