Claudio Siber
Mr. Siber is graduated in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in São Paulo with a specialization in Marketing and Finance. During a career of 37 years in large corporations such as Siemens and Bayer, Mr. Siber held various management positions in the commercial and administrative area. In the last 20 years, he has worked mainly in the establishment, structuring, and management of foreign companies in Brazil. Currently, Mr. Siber serves as legal representative and appointed manager of subsidiaries and participates in the direction of several companies.
Tanja Catherine Lehniger
Graduated in Psychology at the University of Fribourg in Switzerland, post-graduated in Marketing at the Swiss Business School, and certified coach from SBS. She has international working experience in the European and Brazilian markets. Ms. Lehniger developed her professional career in various management positions in multinational companies such as Estée Lauder Company, L'Oréal Group in the areas of Human Development and Marketing. Currently, Ms. Lehniger is responsible for establishing companies and managing the Human Resources of the subsidiaries.
Carlos H.C. de Almeida
Graduated in Accounting Science in 1981 at Adventist Teaching Institute UNASP.
Mr. Almeida worked for several years in various sectors at Banco Itaú. Afterward he worked as Accountant and Financial Assistant in the education department of the IASD Central Paulista Association. With international experience, he consolidated his professional career working as Administrative and Financial Manager of Boyden do Brasil Ltda for 28 years.
Currently, Mr. Almeida is responsible for financial management of subsidiaries in Brazil.

Klaus Behrens
Graduated in Administration and Foreign Trade, Mr. Behrens was sent to Lima, Peru, by Henkel in 1966 as responsible for Bolivia, Chile, and Ecuador. In 1987, Mr. Behrens was appointed CEO of the Mercosur countries, a position which he held for 17 years. After his retirement, he became CEO of CERONA (sustainable energy), president of the Oswaldo Cruz German Hospital in São Paulo, and a board member of the SBA. Currently, Mr. Behrens is a Business Partner of ALEHSI & Partners and acts as a trusted advisor in our business relationship.
Mychely Assunção
Graduated in Business Administration from Universidade Nove de Julho. Mychely has over 12 years of experience in financial administration. She has acquired professional experience in companies of different segments. She worked in the financial area of Boyden Executive Search Brazil.
Currently, she provides administrative and financial support to subsidiaries of several foreign companies in Brazil.
